Return Policy

Char Boutique DO NOT offer refunds on any items. We will gladly accept an item for an store credit IF APPLICABLE/ ACCEPTABLE. Items will be eligible for store credit 7 days from post marked delivery! Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival.

Please contact charboutique.kc@gmail.com about returning your items FOR STORE CREDIT. Once the request is received, you will be given a return address to ship your items to. We will pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Please allow 3-5 business days after items has been delivered to process your store credit if applicable.

In order to honor any store credit, ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST be in new conditions will all tags attached. If the item is NOT returned in new condition, your credit will NOT be issued. The following items are final sale and CANNOT be returned:
