No. Char Boutique is currently solely an online store.

Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on holidays.

Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 3-5 additional business days for your order to be shipped and delivered.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. Free from any stains or unpleasant smells. No damage STORE CREDIT ONLY for an item of equally or lesser value

Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival to receive a store credit.

Once we have received your package, your store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction had taken place.
